No - since the Membership Gift is already discounted with 25% off, no other coupons or discounts will apply.
After the Alpha Membership Gift is purchased, how soon will we receive the information to claim the gift?
Within twenty-four hours after the gift is purchased, you will receive a single-use code that can be applied toward the quarterly Alpha Membership fee. The code will be provided on a digital brochure which you can print or forward to the individual that you purchased the gift for.
How does the coupon code work?
The gift receiver can apply the single-use code at the checkout page when signing up for the quarterly membership and will not need to pay for their quarterly membership. The coupon code will not work for the annual membership sign up.
Is Alpha Membership Gift refundable?
No. Alpha Membership Gift is not refundable.
Will the Alpha Membership gift renew automatically?
The gift receiver will receive a reminder that their membership will automatically renew ## days before the renewal date. If no action is taken, the quarterly Alpha Membership will renew automatically and they will be charged for the next membership period.
What happens if the gifted membership is cancelled?
The Alpha Membership will be canceled upon request, and no refund or credit will be given.
