If you lost your medication or it was stolen, please bring this to our attention by messaging us here. We can certainly initiate a new order for you. If you are processing your medications through insurance, please keep in mind that your insurance might reject your new medication order since it is being refilled prior to the refill date. If this does happen, you will be notified and you will be able to select your refill to update to the next refill date provided by your insurance company. Alternatively, you will have the option to pay as a cash patient. If you decide to go with this option, please notify us so we can change your future shipments back to insurance.
