Depending on your insurance plan and your prescription medication(s), you may have to pay a copay for your medication(s). There are typically different copay amounts for different tiers of medications in your insurance plan’s formulary, which is a list of prescription medications your insurance covers.
For prescription orders with our mail-order partner pharmacy WellDyne:
- If your copay is more than $225, you will receive a call or email from WellDyne. They will attempt to contact you via phone or email 3 times over 14 days. To avoid delays in receiving your prescription order, please respond promptly to approve or decline your copay.
- If you do not have a payment method on file with WellDyne, you will provide a payment method when WellDyne contacts you.
- You may also receive a reminder email from Alpha to approve or decline your copay to proceed with your WellDyne prescription order.
