Pay per visit: An individual visit is a one-time fee that covers the cost of a provider conducting a health evaluation. Alpha providers are licensed healthcare professionals and review each visit thoroughly to provide a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan. Once your visit is under provider review, we cannot issue a refund.
Visit fees do not include the cost of prescriptions or labs. Please note, completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription, as this depends on each patient’s individual needs and the provider’s evaluation. If you have insurance, your plan may help cover the cost of prescriptions depending on the policy. Contact your insurance for more details about prescription coverage.

Membership and Membership Plus: Membership fees cover the cost of your Alpha provider conducting a health evaluation. Alpha providers are licensed healthcare professionals and review each visit thoroughly to provide a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan. Monthly membership fees are nonrefundable. If you cancel, you will be able to access your membership benefits through the remainder of your current billing period. If you change from Membership Plus to Membership, the change will occur on your next billing date and you will be able to access your Plus benefits until then.
If you upgrade to Membership Plus you will receive an automatic, prorated refund of your previous membership and your new billing date will begin immediately.

WellDyne Prescriptions: If you’re filling a prescription through our partner pharmacy, WellDyne, we are not able to issue a refund once payment is processed and the prescription has shipped. To help avoid unexpected expenses, if a medication is over $60 you will receive a notification to approve or deny the order within 72 hours. If no action is taken, payment is automatically processed after 72 hours. Please note, canceling a visit or membership does not cancel prescription refills. To cancel a prescription, send a message to your provider in your condition thread. Your provider will review steps for continuing care or tapering if needed.
