For cancellations of Alpha Memberships, Alpha Mental Health Memberships, or any other medical services except for participation in the Alpha Wellness Program, please note that we can issue a refund to the credit card used to pay your fee only for those cancellations made within 30 days from the initial transaction. Cancellations made between 31 and 90 days following the initial transaction date will only be eligible for a refund in the form of credit for Alpha services and products. Any cancellations made after 90 days from the date of initial purchase are non-refundable. Any fees paid for the Alpha Wellness Program, including any associated workshop are not refundable.
Please note all consultation fees are a non-refundable one-time fee that covers the cost of the provider reviewing your consult, just like a doctor's office. Once your consultation is submitted and under review, we can not issue a refund.
Prescription Medication Orders:
Prescriptions that have completed processing are ineligible for a cancellation or refund. All cash and Insurance orders over $60.00 will be sent to you for approval (excluding Latisse, Skincare, and STI Kits). Please note that we will send you a notification to either approve or reject orders over $60.00 within the 72 hour time period before your order begins to process. After 72 hours, your order will automatically begin processing. Please remember for refills we send you an email 3 days before to notify you that your order will be processed. Any changes you'd like to make to any orders should be made during this time. We can not cancel or refund shipments once they have been processed.
