Alpha Membership Plus includes our weight loss, diabetes, and mental health services. Managing these conditions often necessitates frequent interactions with a medical provider. When changing from Membership Plus to Alpha Membership, your Care Team will confirm this change with you to ensure you’re receiving the care you need.
To remove access to weight loss, diabetes, and mental health services and switch to Alpha Membership, log into your Alpha account and go to “Your Membership” in the left hand menu. Then, select “Change Membership,” where you’ll be asked to confirm and submit your request to change to Alpha Membership.
After you’ve submitted your request, a member of your Care Team will send you a secure message. If you acknowledge and confirm the change by replying to this message, your Care Team will process this membership change. You’ll receive a confirmation email welcoming you to Alpha Membership when the change has been processed. You’ll also automatically receive a refund for a prorated amount for the remainder of your month of Membership Plus for the then-current month, and then charged $29 for Alpha Membership. Your next renewal billing date will be one month from the day your Membership plan changed. You’ll receive an email 5 days before we charge the payment method you have on file.
Please request to switch your membership no later than 5 days before your next renewal date to prevent a charge for the next month of Membership Plus. You’ll receive an email 5 days before we charge the payment method you have on file.
